We operate under the non-profit aegis of Raise Your Spirits Theatre.

 

Our professional actresses, singers, dancers and directors include women from a wide spectrum of religious approaches -- dati-leumi, “hardal,” haredi and traditional. It is heart-warming to see how we have bonded as a loving group.

 

Women knowledgeable in halacha (Jewish law), and balaniot (mikva attendants) have been included among our consultants.

 

This production is not intended to be a resource from which to learn halacha. Customs and practices vary and these are authentic stories from real women.
